Coach Ault has been a lacrosse leader in Central Florida helping grow the game locally.  His lacrosse journey began back in 2007 with his oldest daughter where they spent 3 years playing and being involved in Lax Maniax.  He spent the majority of the past 14 years coaching HS lacrosse helping programs to be a competitive, respected programs, most recently at Lake Brantley High School where his teams finished top 10 ranked the last 3 seasons.  John joined Storm Select back in 2017 and has been instrumental at building the program to over 250 players through Select and Regional.   He is also the Owner/Director of Southern Lax Events and serves USA Lacrosse Orlando as the National Team chairperson and Under Armor South Team Coach.

Coach Ann originally founded Storm Select Lacrosse and has been instrumental in helping young women define and realize their goal of playing lacrosse in college. She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and has grown up playing the sport since a young age. Ann has spent the last 12 years working to build, grow and further the sport throughout Florida.  In 2020, Ann serves Storm Select as our full time Recruiting Director.   Ann is the current head coach at Windermere High School where she is employed as an assistant to the Athletic Director.

Coach Ellie is considered to be the one of the top players ever out of Central Florida.  Ellie still holds many records at Timber Creek HS and in the Orange County Metro Conference.  She continued her playing days at Division 1 Northwestern University as a 4-year player, playing in the NCAA National Championship Final Four.  She is passionate about helping young women play at a high level, and educate on the road to getting there.

Coach Julia is one of our own, a Storm Select Alumni, having played her high school years for Storm Select.  She is a 2016 Grad who played at West Orange HS and was truly a high impact player.  She is a 2x All American and made ALL District and All Metro teams her entire career.  She committed to play D1 NCAA Women's Lacrosse at Detroit Mercy but later transferred to FSU to focus on her Civil Engineering degree and play club lacrosse at FSU.  During her time there she played and coached, as well as serving as a club coach for high level teams over the summers.  She is extremely excited to return to Storm, right where it all began for her.

Coach Jessie is the head coach at Winter Spring HS where she also played, leading the Bears to 4 District Championships, 3 Regional Championships and State Final 4 appearances (Runner Up in 2011). Jessie was also a 2x US Lacrosse Florida National team member in 2010 & 2011. She went on to play college lacrosse at UCF where she was a 2x MVP and Defensive Player of the year. 

Coach Mitch is the current head coach at Hagerty High School.  He has built a top 5 program at Hagerty where his teams have made it to the Final-4 twice in the last 3 years.  He was the head coach at Lake Mary High School prior to Hagerty.  MItch last led our grad year 2022 team which committed 16 players to play in college.  Mitch is also the owner/director of Beast Girls Lacrosse, a local girls lacrosse regional/developmental program and youth lacrosse recreational league.  Mitch is also an owner of Southern Lax Events, as a partner with our Operations Director John Ault.

Earle made his mark in Florida lacrosse, building Limitless Lacrosse in Tampa for the last 5 years. Limitless has garnered national attention under Earle's tutelage, with multiple teams earning top-20 national rankings. Earle developed and coached many teams, but his main focus was with the Limitless Elite 2023 team, who became nationally known and has had success in recruiting with multiple D1 verbal commitments.

Earle has a true passion takes pride in teaching the sport of the lacrosse. He is USA Lacrosse women's certified and conducts clinics routinely focusing on stick skill and development, to improve and develop young players and grow the sport in Florida. We welcome Coach Earle!

Coach Maurice was previous head coach of the UCF Women's Lacrosse Program for 6 years where he successfully guided the Knights to 3 consecutive division titles, 4 conference finals and re-established UCF as a top 20 National Club program.  He is also a Level 3 certified coach and brings a vast knowledge of the game, and what it takes to play in college.  Maurice is also the current head coach at Olympia HS.
