Players on Storm Select rosters are required to fulfill the following expectations

• participate with 100% attendance and be willing to play any position asked to play by a coach

• put in the work outside of team practices to better their individual skills, conditioning and field IQ

• never complain about playing time, and agree to keep communications open between themselves and their coach regarding what is needed to improve and receive more playing time

• be focused on being the best teammate they can be for the team instead of focusing on their own personal goals

• be acceptable to being held accountable for their actions and performance levels by their coach

• always put forth their best effort and support for their teammates, coaches, and Storm Select Lacrosse

• not play for any other clubs, including practice sessions and tournaments, unless approved by a Storm Select directors and their head coach
